Michelada Oysters


12 fresh oysters

Chamoy (garnish)

Chili-lime powder (garnish)

lemon (garnish)


Michelada Mignonette:

6 tbsp I Love Michelada Mix

2 tbsp champagne vinegar

½ shallot, finely chopped


Method:

  1. In a small bowl add the chopped shallot, michelada mix and vinegar. 
  2. Open and remove each oyster from its shell and reserve in a bowl. Rim each shell with chamoy and chili-lime powder, then add back the oysters to their shell. Serve immediately over ice with the michelada mignonette dressing and lemon wedges.
