FESTIVAL TICKET TERMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

California | Los Angeles | 21+ Events

Please read these Festival Ticket Terms (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms affect your legal rights and apply to any I Love Micheladas live event or festival (the “Event”).

By purchasing, accepting, or using any ticket, wristband, credential, or other entry method (collectively, “Ticket”), or by entering the Event, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT (21+)

All I Love Micheladas events are strictly 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No minors are permitted.

2. REVOCABLE LICENSE

Each Ticket is a revocable license to enter the Event. I Love Micheladas LLC (“Producer”) reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for violation of these Terms, venue rules, or safety policies, without refund.

3. EVENT RULES, SAFETY & REMOVAL

The Event is presented subject to all applicable venue policies, public safety requirements, and local, state, or federal laws. Failure to comply with Event rules, posted signage, or staff instructions may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that attending a live event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Crowds, loud music, lighting effects, and physical activity

  • Alcohol consumption

  • Mechanical rides or interactive activations

  • Slips, trips, falls, or contact with other attendees

  • Food and beverage consumption

  • Exposure to communicable illnesses

You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks arising from or related to your attendance at the Event.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, you release and waive any claims against I Love Micheladas LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, vendors, venue operators, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your attendance, including claims based on ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

6. CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1542 WAIVER

You expressly waive the protections of California Civil Code §1542, which provides that a general release does not extend to unknown or unsuspected claims.

7. ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol will be served. You agree to drink responsibly. The Producer reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for intoxication or unsafe behavior.

8. IMAGE & LIKENESS

By entering the Event, you grant the Producer the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any audio, video, or photographic recordings captured at the Event for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT

Personal, non-commercial photography and short-form video using mobile devices is permitted. Commercial photography, professional equipment, tripods, drones, or live streaming requires prior written approval from the Producer.

10. ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. MODIFICATIONS

The Producer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of a Ticket constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
