THE MICHE CARNE ASADA
Ever considered using our OG Brown Miche mix as carne asada marinade? Well, we have and it's legit. If you don’t have OG Brown Miche mix on hand, we recommend you substitute for the RED and double the quantity.
Here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Flanken Beef
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
12oz Dark Lager Beer
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Maggie Sauce
1/2 cup I Love Micheladas Mix (RED or OG BROWN)
DIRECTIONS:
Salt and pepper beef generously.
In a large bowl, mix together garlic powder, beer, Worcestershire, Maggie sauce and Michelada mix.
Add salt and peppered meat to the bowl, top with onions. Mix all together and cover.
Marinade overnight.
Light the grill. Grill meat over direct heat until char lines appear, and meat is done to taste, 3-5 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
