MICHE MIX OF THE WEEK: THE ONE WITH THE EPIC LATINO COLLABORATIONS
It’s the first Monday of National Hispanic Heritage Month and we can’t be any happier! Mondays are not that bad, people. I know it’s a day that has a bad reputation because it abruptly ends our weekend… but it all comes down to our very own mindset and attitude. Viewing this Monday through the perspective of either a cup “half-full” or “half-empty” is a choice. Regardless of what choice you make, just try to keep all the negative vibes from the previous week in the past. Try to not bring them over to this fresh new start.
To help everyone stay positive on this brand-new week in the middle of National Hispanic Heritage Month, our MICHE MIX OF THE WEEK pays tribute to those Latino/Hispanic musical collaborations that we all have grown to love. It seems like joining forces with other artists (even from different genres) is the thing to do nowadays. It’s always great when two singers or bands that you love get together to create a catchy hit!
Since teamwork makes the dream work, we made sure the tunes selected for this playlist were in Spanish and featured two artists (or more) who were Latino/Hispanic. The list of songs that combine the talents of two or more artists is endless, but we did our best to select a wonderful mix of artists and songs. The playlist contains songs from various decades and includes many genres of music in Spanish.
